Casino Bellini - hard to withdraw my money

well i just won $600 but am finding it hard to withdraw.they have asked me to send them id.
so i have sent them my driving license plus my bank details but now they want more about my credit card that i used once but shredded it last month.i have given them enough information and they called me on my telephone(landline).surely this is enough info for them.

can u help me.
