Casino Bellini Complaint
I recently won some money on this site & I had to send a copy of my ID's. I have sent 3 copies so far & not one of them apparently is good enough. The lady @ the copy center where I made the copies & faxed them to the casino says she has never had somebody come back 3 times to resend the same copy.
When I tried to e-mail my digital pictures of my ID's the e-mail keeps coming back from the postmaster @ hotmail saying the e-mail fails to go through I also tried this numerous times. At the casino they say my attatchments are to big. So why would they tell me to send digital pics of the front & back of 2 of my ID's knowing it would not go through but when I sent them to a family member just to see if it would work they went through no problem. It's all a little strange to me I feel like i'm getting the run around this has been going on since the 21st of July. If you could check this out for me & help me get my money it would be greatly appretiated. Thank you.
