Casino 777 - Lies and delays in withdrawal

In 9-08-2016 i registered at Casino 777, made several deposits up to a total of 1200€ manage to get my balance to 4800€ and requested a withdrawal i send all the required documents, according to their terms and conditions withdrawals can take up to 2 day to process, its been now 8 days and still havent been paid my winnings, somehow they refunded my deposits without my consent but thats ok, it is in their terms that they refund the deposits and pay the diference by bank transfer, but as far as my winnings nothing,

So they owe me 3600€ every time i go to live chat is a diferent excuse, now they said that they have to verify me by a phone a call they promise that they will call me today between 11 and 12, but once again nothing, i had to lost my workday waiting for that call that they never do because i cant and wont awnser casino calls in my work, in live chat my messages are delivered and read but without reply

Players be aware they dont care about costumers, they dont comply with their own terms and conditions.

Today i receive a phone call to clarify some points and verify my account, I was told everything is ok and i should have my withdrawal reflected in my bank account in 4/5 days.

I also ask in the phone if anything else is needed from me they told me no, all is ok

10 minutes later, i receive another email thanking for the call and asking for more documents, wich send after that went to live chat and was told that NOW everything is OK,

With so many diferent statements, promises that they didnt keep, now i will only belive once my withdrawal reach my bank account,

So please AskGamblers leave this open for now.

All the documents you have sent have been forwarded before validating your withdrawal request to our fraud department who concluded that you have failed the KYC process.

As you mentioned it earlier, the deposits you have made on Casino777 have already been voided. The winnings obtained were cancelled and you account definitively closed, thus your withdrawal request won`t be validated and processed.

Casino777 voided all my winnings and depostis , worse than that they acused me of Fraud, i sorry for the late response in this complaint, but i had to gather all the proper documentation

At this point proper charges in the proper places has been made, i talked to my lawyer and a proper Complaint has made with the Belgium Gaming Comission and in a Court of Law

They Just cant acuse serious players without having to proof it, so askgamblers please ask Casino777 to back their statement with proper documentation
