Casino 777 Casino - have blocked my account

Hello! I opened an account in Casino777 on 21 March. I received a no deposit bonus 25 EUR. I wagered my bonus completely and win 600 EUR. I made the deposit via Skrill and requested withdrawal. Then I have sent my ID documents. After some days my account has been locked! I dont understand why? Emails from them I didn`t receive. As I knew in live-chat they has been blocked my account because:

has established that the personal details and identity documents provided

in relation to your account are not valid or do not correspond to the

individual who is using the account.

This is in breach of the terms and conditions of the website and consequently the account has been closed and the reimbursement will be cancelled "

I dont understand anything! I can verify my ID document at the notary!

My personal is valid and correct!!! In live-chat several times I asked to call me but the call was not. Only this message : " you will get news as soon as possible"

I dont know what I can to do in this situation! Please help!!!
