Casino 770 not paid my my winings
this is the 2nd complaint i have made in 3 weeks . Afer my last complaint the above company paid me my winings but it took nearly 6 weeks in total and about 40/50 emails and one of them worked but when i complained on this site they paid. i find this site very hard to get winnings ffrom . i withdrew my second winnings on 26/05/11 and they still have not paid me . i keep getting the same response (automated from them ) saying it is with their payment agent and to quote them they sent me this response to my last email:
"In reply to your message, we inform you that our payment agent is in
charge of the transactions made on our site and, therefore, we are not
able to interfere in the processing of the payments.
However, we assure you that these delays are not a constant situation and
that you will receive your winnings.

I have now todl them i am submitting this complaint and asked for details of their payment agents. I am not holding my breath as I asked for this information last time and never got it .
i just cant believe that this company wont give you a proper respondse unless you report them to playtech and start making complaints on external sites . I have asked before for details of their complaints departments and they just dont give the mever when they reply so i have been forced gto complain again on here.
All i want is for my winnings to be paid to me and this complany just ignores that.
Please be informed that the fist winning of 105 GBP was registered on 2011-05-23 and validated on 2011-06-27 by refunding the credit card used in order to deposit on the casino account.
The second winning of 50 GBP was registered on 2011-06-21 and validated on 2011-07-09, using the same refunding method.
As the winnings didn’t get through several times (especially the first winning), we contacted our payment agent and the matter was finally solved. Because the issue was not related to our system, we did our best to work it out.
