Casino 770 not paid my my winings

I deposited money on casino 770 they took that in 1 days . i won from this money and withdrew 105 , they have not paid me that money in over a month. i have had emails stating they tried to deposit money to no effect, emails stating it is validated. i have reported them to playtech(who host their skins). i have had a follow up call aftert this telling me my money would be paid and stil lover a month later NOTHING. I am goign to keep complaining and have so farsent recieved over 40 emails . they never respind to your questions, wont give you comlaints emails , wont give you payment agent details. Im beggining to suspect this site is a scam site . I have never had such poor customer service. i have all the emails /bank information to go with this complaint
Casino770 has done all the necessary in order for the withdraw to be validated. After the payment didn’t get through several times, we have contacted our payment agent directly in order for the request to be handled in priority. We have received confirmauton that the payment for 105 GBP has been made today, 27.06.2011, through the visa credit card with the transaction number 1206404104.

i also wish to note that i have sent a scanned copy of my bank statement to casino 770.
if necessary to go with this complaint i can paste al lthe emails i have recieved from them. i just dont understand how a business can operate this way
