Hello everyone, after using the welcome bonus i asked a withdrawal of 1000 on 17th of agoust, after many days of waiting i was told that the Winning from that deposit can be only 10x, ok i accepted. So i can cashout only 300, but after more than a month i havent still received anyting. Everyday there is a motivation to delay, the manager will be here tomorrow, you'll be paid soon and so on. i sent many mail, but get no answer.... I'm getting so tired of this situation. Hope someone can help me.

Last news, they closed my account becouse they says i was using a system to play their games, they told me i play With martinegale ( i dont even know what that means) on bj. But i won the 90% of the winnings on a slot... In this casino if you play blackjack 1 euro and you lost and then you bet 2 euros, for them you are using a system and your account will be closed, do you think is this things normal?!?!?!? I dont even know how to defend myselfes against them...

They prefered refund my deposits than pay my winnings, i'm already been paid. They have their opinion i have mine, i play regular on the games, for them i was using a system, their finance Office has expressed their opinion and i can only accept that without any kind of argue. Great ideas, i open a casino, the One Who lost are welcome, when other win some money i decide to say they were using a system and refound their deposits, a great business....
