cashed out $1000 dollars on feb.21
got notice march 4 it was denied i used a 100 card so most i could withdraw was 200. i informed them i want to withdraw the 200 i was told i needed to send them my drivers id and piece of mail which i did. called back a few days later they stated they got my information and it would start my 15 days. called back 2 weeks later was told to wait a few more days.
called today was informed i had to start the 15 days all over again

I'm so sorry--I have no idea how/why your withdrawal was not approved until March 24th. :-(

We will be issuing your payment, Tuesday and I would imagine you'll receive it by Thursday or Friday of next week.

there supposed to send me a check but have not gotten it yet
i wanted wire transfer but i guess they do as they want

well its 3/31 still no check no tracking numbers same as always promise made but never kept
have email stating i will receive Thursday or Friday and will have a tracking number i have not received anything
