Can't get any response from Pamper Casino

I have been trying for weeks to get a response from this casino reguarding a withdrawal. I sent the information they requested, filled out the ticket as requested TJO-493-92196 and all I got was an automated response with another ticket number ROP-493-92196 saying someone would get back to me in a day or two and nothing. I sent in another request referencing the above two ticket numbers and got back yet a third ticket number ORE-809-66577 . Again an automated response telling me someone would be contacting me in a day or two.

All I want to know is if they have everything they need to process my withdrawal and when can I expect to receive it.

Thank you so much. After writting to you, I received an email from pamper the very next day requesting more info. which I gladly sent and the very next day after that I received an email stating my withdrawal had been processed. I haven't received it yet, but I am so much closer to receiving it.
