Cannot withdraw winnings from Winner Casino
I joined Winner Casino,deposited £20 ,was given a Bonus of approximately £60,was not informed of any conditions with regards to withdrawing winnings,and proceded to play online. I won approximately £260 ,TRIED TO WITHDRAW £200 ,TO MY BANK ACCOUNT AND WAS BLOCKED. I contacted the customer services ,they said I had not read the conditions with regards to Bonuses and withdrawing winnings,I effectively asked for my £20 DEPOSIT BACK AND HAVE BEEN TOLD i WILL NOT GET MY WINNINGS! It seems that I could play and loose my deposit ( £20),yet as I have won ,I will not be paid any money due to their rules which you are not made aware of when you sign up to join Winner.Absolute rip off and in my opinion corrupt,would appreciate your opinion on this,plus I would not advise anyone to get involved with this particular Casino!
