Vegas Strip Casino - Cannot get my payment

I had a withdrawl approved on 3/18'2016 for $707. Now there seems to be a delay in sending it to a processor for payment to me. Their communication via Live Chat and email has been very vague. I recently had a withdrawl from another casino in their group, and they were much more specific regarding the process, and it went smoothly and quickly. I would like to find out why this wihdrawl is taking longer, and why I can not get a specific answer regarding what is happening.

Again, I apologize for the delays you've encountered, however, I do have good news for you on this. ;-)

Your payment was sent off and earlier today, I received the tracking on it. From the tracking, I can see that your payment will be delivered to you tomorrow morning (Friday).

I am sorry for the delay, as well. Hopefully, I will receive the check in the morning as stated in your response to the Ask Gamblers forum. As soon as I actually have the check, I will post the information to the Ask Gamblers website. An email to me with the tracking number would have been nice. I received a tracking number today along with an apology from Vegas Strip. Fed-Ex attempted delivery this afternoon, but I wasn't home. My faith has been restored in Vegas Strip. Thank you for your help, Ask Gamblers. This complaint has been resolved.
