Winbig 21 Casino - Giving me the runaround and stalling payment

I submitted my withdrawal of $2300.05 on 5/16 and rec'd a confirmation it was in process that same day by finance. As of today, it still indicates I can make a reverse withdrawal. Richard said I would have it today. Same with Dave. Today I was told by Tom to check back in an hour which I did. Now I am told to check back in 2 hours. This is my first time playing at the casino yet can't get any answer where my funds are. I have also emailed finance multiple times without a response.

I just contacted live help - now Jim states that are no longer doing wire transfers but putting money on to a credit card and that I would have to submit the info to finance to process. I withdrew the funds on 5/16 and if I hadn't gone on to live help I wouldn't of known about this change or even it is true. I went on Friday and spoke to Richard and he told me it would be wire transferred to my checking acct on Monday. Now Jim says it will take 10 plus business days to process from today and the funds will be put on a card.

Casino will not respond to calls, emails, and have blocked live chat.

I will contact my bank and advise I received nothing from the money I gave to "looking glass solutions" (Wingib 21 casino) and are unable to reach them. I will explain FRAUD has been committed on my account and they will not refund my money. The casino won't respond but I will.
