I live in Ireland and I like to gamble from time to time online from my neteller account.
I have opened a new account in BWIN.Com casino on Oct 20th, 2010
after i ound hem on an affiliate
I have read their bonus offer and made 400euro deposit and got their 200euro welcome bonus offer ( 50%)
I have played games in their casino ( I don't really remember which, I think it was blackjack probably)
but I remember I played more then 12000 , as they require for this bonus.
I eventually reached total winnings of 3800euro.
I sent to their support.en@bwin.com my needed documents and asked them to
process my withdrawal to my neteller account.

On Oct 23rd,2010 I received the following email :
Dear Ms. Manoovaloo,
Thank you for your e-mail.
Please be kindly informed that the amount that has been returned is your 400.00 EUR Neteller deposit. Kindly note that for security reasons, no more funds will be paid out.
We apologise for any inconvenience our decision may cause. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further queries.

I have asked them what is the reason they are not paying my full 3800euro winnings, but as you can read above
they said : "Kindly note that for security reasons, no more funds will be paid out."
I really don't understand what are those "security reasons" they are claiming
just to avoid my fair winnings to be paid to me in full and returning back just my deposit.
Is this casino seems to be fair to you? I really don't think so....
just because I got lucky and won in their casino, they refuse to honor my winnings and pay my winnings.

I really hope you could help me by contacting them to solve this matter and for me to be paid in full winnings
( remaining amount to be paid is 3400euro )
