Bovada Casino - Payout delayed for over a month

I asked for a payout on March 19th via Visa fast funds (should change that name) I have yet to receive my money and its been well over a month now. I have received several generic email responses to my complaints. I also was denied a request to speak to supervisor when I called in to discuss the issue. I have visited these establishments and seen their operations first hand in central america. I understand how the payout process works. The only way a payout takes this long is if the casino has mismanaged it's funds and needs new deposits to cover a huge hit.I have been a client for over 10 years (since bodog) and do not see myself playing here again.

I was told today by a player advocacy rep. that I will be able to re-initiate my withdraw tomorrow or
Saturday. I am not holding my breath as I have been promised my payout several times over the last 7 weeks.

Spoke to my player advocate today (of course I was not called back as promised). He offered me a $50 bonus (can't use it without making another deposit) for my troubles. Why would I make another deposit when I have not been paid after 7 weeks of waiting? Of course their is still no updates from their processor on my withdraw. Bovada continues to try an reassure me with promises of expedited service and reassurances that I will somehow get paid, but they do not know when or how. I was told on Thursday that I would be able to request new payout today. Now that has changed and I was told they have no idea when I will be able to request a new payout.EXPEDITED, REALLLY? This is a serious disappointment after over 10 years playing with them.

My withdraw was canceled and re-sent via check. I received the check this am. Better late than never I guess. I might still play with bovada but I will never use the fast funds method for withdraw again.
