Whil playing the slot thai paradise i hit the 4 scatters so thought my luck could be in as id payed a bit just to win the bonus so its goes to pick my wild scatter and just keeps spinning so i reload it on diffrent devices and same happens each time i contact support via chat and am told its a unfortunate event and the only thing that they can do is close the game and any winnings i wud of got including the pay of hitting the 4 scatters would be lost and i would receive nothing il send screen shots of conversation

Sorry but it was not emailed to me and as the chat with ur support shows they stated the matter was closed and game and bonus terminated. How long will it take then to resolve???
