BGO Casino - Bonus round not honoured

Having wagered a considerable amount on a video slot I won a bonus game which could not lose. However before I could play it it froze.Support reset the game without allowing me to replay the bonus round and merely offered me 25 pounds. This is far less than I expected to win based on my losses and does not take into account the time and effort in trying to secure the bonus.
On challenging their offer they have broken all communication and I have ended up with nothing.
