Recieved a second deposit bonus of €225 bonus requirements are 60x times my game of choice is roullete and 10% counts for requirements . Problem is i cant see how much i have left to wager to meet the requirements or how much i have wagerd according to my calculations i am well over requirements and money has not been released. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. 2 e-mails sent in last week no reply LIVE support thats a joke . Need this sorted

I just got a feedback from the support manager about your account and your bonus, into our platform you cannot see how much more you still need to wager because it's automaticly, when the wareging is finished, the winnings are going into the your cash balance automaticly,

If at the moment your balance it's still into the same place it's mean that you did not finish it and you still have to wager in order to meet the requirements,

Hope this will answer to your question and i hope that this balance will move up to your cash balance soon ;)

I'm sorry we cannot see or check that, i suggest you to continu to play and if you think that you are closed to meet the terms of the bonus you will see very soon your balance changing into the cash balance,
