Royal Panda Casino - Forfeited my bonus by an accident, please help!

Hi Royal Panda Casino!

I just started playing online casino and i am not familiar with the online websites and such. I have accidentally removed my bonus because I had no idea what I had to do there, because i thought it asked me to pay up $25 USD to remove the bonus as a way to make up the +25usd it gave me at the very beginning.

After i removed the bonus, I had lost all my winnings of $87.50 ($25 from the initial deposit + $25 bonus + $37.50).

I am confused on what i did wrong, I have not played or deposited after that so I will leave it for you guys to see my history.

I really enjoyed the easy and fast blackjack games i played, but i had no idea a misclick of a button would make me lose all my money.

Please HELP! thanks!

When a player accidentally cancels their bonus, we will of course reinstate the bonus without further ado. However, this was not possible in this case: as you exceeded the maximum bet permitted while playing with bonus money (which is a breach of the relevant terms and conditions), your bonus was forfeit.

We’ve checked our system, and our customer service team explained this to you via chat last Thursday (11 Feb), which you agreed with, with no protest. In order to resolve the matter as quickly as possible, we’ve provided AskGamblers with a copy of the chat log.
