Hi , thank you for the welcome , whilst I am happy to be accepted I am disturbed at the live support I have been receiving ...... firstly I am a long time member at askgamblers.com and every now and then I look for a new casino ...... I usually look for a casino that offers a small no deposit so I can get a feel for the place and to try out some `hopefully` new games , your casino came into the picture with a $10 no deposit from askgamblers.com .... ASKGAMBLERS10 ... this is the code ..... and it is advertised as I write this ... on your website as well .... now when I have tried to redeem it ... I get this message .....`the bonus has reached its maximum redemption and is no longer available ` ...... I am new here and have never redeemed anything ....... and dare I say it ......it almost feels like a `con` ..... I have for the second night in a row been given a ridiculous runaround by live support .... the latest being I must uninstall and reinstall the downloaded software ...... can someone please get a proper and direct answer to me please ...thank you henry
