Tropicana Gold Casino - Having troubles to withdraw my winnings

I´ve received a sign up bonus with a maximum cashout of €150 two weeks ago. I have fulfilled all wagering requirements and already send all documents (passport, credit card, credit card authorization form, utility bill, credit card statemt etc). All documents were approved.
All I want to do now is to withdraw my winnings. The only way to withdraw is to use EcoPayz where I ve registered an account only for withdrawing these winnings (see file attached).
Unfortunatelly, I do not receive any answers anymore. When I contact live support, they always tell me that the cant do anyhing because the account department is responsible for such matters.
I just want to know if there is a unsolved problem and in case it is, what concern in detail it is.

yes, I finally did telefon verification but it is still not possible for me to withdraw my winnings. I will make an update as soon as this complain is resolved.

Based on the evidence we received from the casino management, we could confirm that player was paid in full. We consider this complaint resolved and officially closed.
