Sportingbet Casino - Bonus 400% not given

I searched the web to find best bonus to my 15€. So i found Sportingbet on an affilite link.
I followed the link but it didnt work, i tried several times but i just didnt work. So i typed it in on my browser and finally i got in to SB. Made an account and made my dep but ofcourse theres no bonus.
I´ve contacted them but the just wont help me.
The keep saying they wont issue the bonus. Well..the funny thing is when i asked why, i got 3 different reasons ( i knew why but wanted answers since the link didnt work)

But the first reason why i didnt get bonus was.

1.) " we have technial issues with that right now please come back tomorrow and we sort it out

Next day:
2.) your country ( sweden) is not allowed to this bonus..( but it is lol)

Next day again: when i made a complaint and got this answer:

3.) You didnt press the affilite link..

Well now i had three different reasons why i didnt get bonus and that doesnt seems serius..

I have contacted the affilite site and made a complaint to them to.

Lets see what they say :)

I really hope SPortB is better than this, im an old regular player online since Bill Gates built windows 3.14 and know my way around.

I really hope to sort this out so i can change my oppinion on SB´s site..

The 400% bonus is an exclusive to selected affiliates. To be eligible you have to be successfully tracked to one of these affiliates and then meet the subsequent qualifying criteria. Swedish players are not excluded from the offer. Players not tagged to these specific affiliated sources are eligible for the 200% + 20 spins promotion.
If tracking has been unsuccessful and a player is not tagged to another source already – the player may be granted an exception if they were able to provide details of the affiliate source that they believe they signed up through: This is at the discretion of the support advisor, if you can show the broken link you mention then I am sure they would be willing to do so.

I am not able to discuss the details of a specific account on a public forum like this – I suggest that you the information I mention to a support agent and they will assist you to the best of their ability.

After my post here and contact with support, i finally got my 400% bonus and some spins on top
