Black Diamond Casino - Giving me the runaround for a small withdrawal

Hi

I have won 60 euros on my account but it seems like from THERE you are unable to withdraw money, I have sent them documents 3 times, they have verified them, then they asked to send them my Skrill email to e-mail to process withdrawal, Have sent it 2 times, it has been 3 weeks and everytime when I go to site ask what is going on with my withdrawal - everytime they are asking the same again - documents and Email where to send money but nothing is happening! Support is just ridicoulous, they are even not ashamed to say that they will ignore me if I will continue asking.

Dear people, please stay as far as you can from that casino, visit only if you like to deposit not withdraw!!!!!
Has anyone have had the same problem?
Can anyone help me?

Thank you for your patience, the customer’s withdrawal request was approved earlier today and sent out.
