I made a withdrawal request 14 hours ago expecting instant cashout as stated on the Oshi FAQ, but i am still yet to receive my withdrawal. I messaged the chat approx 4 hours ago and the staff apologized and told me my request would be sent to the financial department. But as stated my withdrawal has not been sent.
Please make sure to update your complaint accordingly and clarify the total amount of the disputed withdrawal request/s.

I'm sorry about the withdrawal problems. I spoke with the department personally and made sure that the withdrawal went through. It seems that there was an error in the system, which we'll look into to prevent this from happening again.
