BGroom blocked my account and my withdrawal

I ve made an account at BGroom i ve played some games, i ve loose i ve won and i want to make an withdraw but BGroom bloked my account.

I ve sent some mails to suport BGroom and i ve asked to tell me why they blocked my account and they answered to me that their Risk Department watch to my account.

I asked them to tell me how long this check because any check must have a precise duration,BUT NOTHING, NO ANSWER .

I WAS TREATED WITH AN INCREDIBLE CONTEMPT

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!

NO NOT SOLVED THEY STOLE MY MONEY 228$ AND SEND ME THIS MAIL:

Dear Alexandra (myronika),

Thank you for contacting customer support.

I would like to inform you that we have checked your games and found serious breach of our Terms and Conditions. As per our Terms and Conditions we have the right to remove funds which we have determined are related to fraudulent activity on our site.

Accordingly we have cancelled your withdrawal and removed the amount of $228 from your Real Money Balance. Your account has been reopened but any further abuse of our Terms and Conditions will result to a permanent closure.

 Fraud playings have been removed and the player can continue further playings with the rest of the money.
