BGO Casino - Having troubles with my withdrawal request

Hi I recently tried to withdraw from bgo then I saw a, message saying committal decision deferred I contacted bgo an was told that I needed to send in a photo of the front/back of my card I used to deposit covering up part of the long number for security reasons since doing that I have heard nothing since any advice on what to do it was £600 to be received and was told they sent a email requesting the details of my card but that was never received
