BGO Casino - Unfairly Confiscated Money

I logged into my online casino account and deposited £1000 and managed to win £1600 and made a withdrawal. Then today when I went to log in I've been told my account has been suspended so I asked why. Apparently I have opened multiple accounts and have also self excluded myself to which I have no knowledge of and now they say they are confiscating all of my money which to me just seems like plain theft. They can keep my winnings if they really want them but surely I should get my deposit back?

I have to say I am so far very impressed with how BGO are handling this and I can only commend Jennifer Fraser after receiving the attached email as she can quite clearly see there was some confusion from my end and has agreed to process my withdrawal. I shall definitely be closing this complaint as soon as payment has been made and hopefully continue to enjoy using their website.

I've now received my full withdrawal of £1600 so very happy to close this complaint.
