I won £2100 on slots and now haven't payed out and there excuse is not my fault if game was paying out wrong this is conversation I had we support and why wont payout

Rick: Thanks for your patience. The reason for the delay is that there appears to have been a period of unusual pay-outs on the specific game(s) you were playing. Normally we would simply contact the game provider and clarify the situation whilst the withdrawal is pending and this can be concluded prior to the withdrawal then completing. At present we have not been able to clarify the usual specifics we need from the game provider and I can appreciate that this is now affecting you as the customer, which may seem unfair. This procedure is routine and I want to reassure you that there is nothing more to it than that. We are hoping to have made contact with them today, however rest assured that we shall email you at the earliest opportunity.
