BGO Casino - No response to my withdrawal request

After playing on bgo on the 28th I emailed them my i.d of my drivers licence my passport and a letter with my address on it's now the 3rd and I STILL havnt had it verified and I'm still waiting for my winnings to be paid out I've emailed a few times and only got one response over 48 hours ago saying it's been passed to relevant dept yet still no winnings received
