BGO casino - Account suspended!

I joined bgo 2-3 weeks ago and made a deposit to which i won a large ammount of ££ 5 figures. I then tried to maje a withdrawal which i sent across the verification information as required.

My account was then verefied, so my withdrawal could be processed.

Then the asked my to send a copy of my card which i informed them was a joknt accojnt for me and mu partner .

Since this they have suspended my account telling me nothing other than they are investigating it as there was a previous account in my partners name.

My partner has never had a account with bgo however they have given me no explaination except they are investigating and have been for 2 weeks.

I have sent numerous emails and keep getting the same response that they are investigating and will get back to me, yet nothing.

I want to know what else can i do to get the money i put into the casino abd tue money i have won.

The account was suspended last year due to the payment method used not being in your name.
