Betway Casino - Refused to pay, closed my account with no reasosn stated

I requested to withdraw 30€ from my betway account on 20/04/2016.
After I week I contacted betway because I did not have received yet my money. They asked me some documents, I immediately sent them what requested. After that, they closed my account and they didn't pay me yet!
I want only my 30€.
I am waiting from more than 40 days!!!
