BetUS clearing my bonus and winnings

Dear Sir,

I made a deposit of 500$ at BetUS a while ago with a 500$ bonus being credited, after having done more than the requested 20,000 wagering (1/2 on play money and 1/2 on real money) I asked for a withdrawal. Not long after that I received the following message from BetUS through email:

As per our bonus terms and conditions (and these Terms and Conditions in there entirety are easily accessible for all new accounts before and after depositing/accepting any bonuses here - http://betuscasino.com/promotions.html ) your account was found to be in violation of point 3 which states;

Bonus programs are intended for recreational bettors only. Professional players or players considered to be abusing the bonus system by any means may have bonuses revoked and be subject to further sanctions, at the discretion of BetUS Sportsbook, Casino and Poker Room management. We have as such removed any and all bonus amounts along with moneys won with those bonuses and are in the process of refunding your initial deposit in full. You should see those funds within about 48 hours.

When my wagering was done my balance was at 1300$. They removed 800$ out of my account (bonus + winnings) and withdraw my initial deposit of 500$ back to my moneybookers. I can send in a screenshot of this email they send to me, if you'd like. I see no option to add it in this complaint form.

This account was found to be in clear violation of our bonus terms and conditions via abuse of our bonuses and as such we removed all winnings. It is important to note we were kind enough to return the account’s initial deposit, a lot of other casinos would have simply closed out the account and kept all funds. We have no problems paying out winners who legitimately wish to take advantage of our generous bonuses however will not tolerate bonus abuse that puts at risk bonus offering for all players.

Hi BetUS Casino Department,

You won't respond to this, so I won't phrase it as a question as getting ignored annoys me.

As you, I and everyone in the industry with an IQ over 80 is able to ascertain....when you don't explain how exactly your promotions are 'abused' when you confiscate so many players' winnings (whilst you gleefully accept their deposits and wagers in the hope that they will lose)....you quite clearly send the message that your definition of "bonus abuse" ~ = "winning".

There is another word for this practice. It's called STEALING, aka THEFT, aka SCAMMING, aka FRAUD, aka SWINDLING.

Again, I stress this is the message you are sending. I personally have no opinion on the matter. But won't be playing at your casino whilst you continue to advertise the above message.
