Betsafe Casino - Refusing to pay me my winnings over typo

I deposited £200 got a £200 bonus and won £1580. I sent my documents for verification and then was told that I had entered my date of birth wrong when I set up my account with them. It was a typo and an easy mistake to make. Betsafe told me that I had entered the information wrong, I told them it must have been a mistake and then they closed my account, returned my deposit, confiscated my winnings and said that the decision is not negotiable. I will not let them take my winnings over a small mistake.

The complaint has been reopened upon Betsafe Casino request and we would like to give it one more chance for a successful resolution.

Due to KYC (Know your Customer) we requested some ID papers. We did receive them and the Date of Birth mismatched. We received a text explaining the error. After we decided to do a phone verification. This failed as the person on the phone claimed to not have an account with us.
We refunded the deposits and confiscated the winnings.

Based on evidence that we received from a casino management, we can confirm that this player didn't pass a verification process, and his deposit was returned. We consider this complaint resolved and closed.
