BETS4ALL slow/no pay out

My main concern is now with bets4all,

I deposited last thursday, 16 september about 700 euros and am waiting for payout of over 1000 euros

I've learned too late that these people have a bad reputation but also that they were trying to clean up their act.

When I sent in my proof documents unprompted to save time i received an email:

Thank you for the documents. We will process your payout as fast as possible.

Then when asking about a subsequent withdrawal

Hi, we have closed your betting account for security reasons! We have to be sure that we receive your money first before we can do a payout. The security check can take some weeks.

Some weeks to do a security check. Is this the same thing as "as fast as possible".

It gets more outrageous:

Hi Julian,

the first payout can take up to 2-3 months. We have to be sure that your payment receive our bank account and that the money stays there. (that we receive no charge back)
