Betchan Casino - Confiscated 1308€ winnings due to misleading advisory

I deposited 100€ and took a 100% deposit bonus on 6th of september. I played for a while and then I switched to slot i hadnt tried before called "Ice Pirates". It is a coins-based game only. I played few rounds and though i was betting 1 or 2€/ round. I suddenly realized that those bets were really over 5€ that is mentioned on their bonus t/c for max possible amount when playing with bonus.

I immediatly stopped playing and contacted their live chat and asked how to proceed on this kind of issue and told them that bonus t/c was broke accidentally. I got answer that only their manager can decide how to continue. I then went to chat later and now got in touch with their manager. He then gave me a warning on my breach of t/c and also he decided that I can continue playing normally and I dont have to worry about losing my possible winnings and i can keep them if i win something. Also he said that I should be more careful on the future about following the t/c.

I continued playing and then finished my wagering on that bonus and ended up to 1408€ balance which i withdrew.

Later they emailed me that my winnings are confiscated and my original deposit is put back to my account cause i had violated their t/c. I have tried now to get in touch with their manager several times to ask that why was i treated this way and got my winnings confiscated. But they wont answer me anything for this issue.

I think that casino cant treat players this way and straightly lie to them so imo all my winnings should be put back to my account for withdrawal as their manager already promised to me.

My original deposit of 100€ was returned me so there is 1308€ that i want them to return to me.

We at Betchan always trying to make best possible experience for our players. But sometimes we broke in this...

There was simple miscommunication between CS agents and managers in this case.

You will find 1308 EUR on your account, sorry about such headache for you.

Please confirm and ASKG team can close complaint.

Found my funds from My account and made a cashout.

Thanks you very much for Betchan- rep for fixing this! This really wasnt good experience but now we can continue and forget all this.
