Betboo Casino - Not getting my cash out and NO RESPONSE

Hello,

I won a great amount of 1000 euro last summer made a cash out, and got no response not so ever, every mail i send I get an acknowledge email but no real person to speak with the chat is always offline, If I go the Spanish chat they cannot help me and they say that the tEnglish chat will come soon. ( they never online)

So last week they put my cash-out back into my account, I send an email to the support with when will I receive my cash out if i cash out now! . The support mailed me back immediately, it would take 72 hours max.

So I made another cash out, now 4 days further and 5 emails to the casino. I am getting no response what so ever 1000 euro is not in my account again. And it is getting very frustrating for me

I filled a complaint on casinomeister to maybe you somebody here can help me!?

Wauw there is a surprise , they are not responding, i recommond players not to play there and I hope the askgambler site can wright a review about them that they are not paying there players.

I'm also waiting for a 777 euro withdrawal. Ive send them about 80 emails. I got 0 replies. Avoid this place at all costs. Even if you win money there youre not able to cash anything out since they simply dont reply!
