Casino - no reply from support

i hope you can help me with the casino my username there is Cleaner48.

The problem is i can not log to my account, and they have not processed my outstanding payout of 5000euro and they are not answering my emails!

In the end of May i made a deposit of 2500euro via neteller to and played only on their highlimit bacarat table and after some playing and winning another 2500euro, i requested a payout for my whole balance of 5000euro back to my neteller account.

I did not use any kind of bonus or cashback offer on this deposit and just played with my own money!

I tryed to contact them several times via email and their support ticke system on their page, but they never replied to me.

You have indeed received a response and it is that your a count is closed due to fraud.

Send an email to ask gamblers staff allowing us to expose your personal information so we can provide them with necessary proof that you acted fraudulently.

Im sorry, but i have not recived any kind of response from you regarding my querry so far, plsease resend it to me! I give askgamblers the permission to recive personal informations from you regarding this case, so that they can take a look at your proofs...

Please explain how i have done any king of fraud when i played with my own money ( a deposit of 2500euro!!!) at your tables and won another 2500euro.

Please explain also on what rights you are witholding my original deposit amount of 2500euro!
