Begado Casino - Problems getting my winnings

I have over $30,000 winnings now @ Begado. I have been trying to withdraw money. They say they approved me. I requested $3,000. They say they are only sending me $1,000 and it is because it is their prerogative to do so. At that rate it will take me over 30 weeks to get my winnings if I get it at all. Here are emails and correspondence.

Yes, Charlene, that is correct, you requested $3000. But our finance department have the right to send the winnings by installments (by parts). So first part ($1000) was sent today. That is stated in the general terms and conditions of out software usage and every player accept our terms and conditions by signing up.

But the good news is that you still can get the rest of your winnings  You just need to go to the cashier and make a new WIRETRANSFER withdrawal request.
