Planet 7 Casino - Payment delayed for well over a month!

Mid May I Cashed out $550 , I sent in All Verification . My withdrawal was Manager Approved. After that , I have had to Contact Casino each time. Was Told it was being escalated & my account was being sent to " Ally" . I've sent her many Emails and only got 1 email from her , in which she only wanted to know which "Casino" I needed help with ?? ( if my account was sent to her , she should Know this ). I replied and gave her the info and waited a few days , then I've sent 2 more emails to "Ally" and she has never replied to Any of them. I really like the casino , but I'm starting to kinda see it's going to be a issue getting paid and the Check actually going thru deposit. The day I won the $550 , I made a deposit with NO Bonus . Soo there should not be any kind of Play thru Requirements . I just want the money I won in a timely manner , which is way over due . I've tried "Chat" & "Calling" It has got me No where but excuses about delays week after week.

This issue is still Not resolved ... But After I posted my issue here , I did finally receive a email from "Ally" at Planet7 stating that NOW instead of a check being sent , that if I give her my Banking information she can do a Bank Wire. I replied back the same day ( Tuesday Jun 21st). That My Bank Does Not Do International Bank Wires Normally And at this Point in time , it would actually Take longer for me to have access to the funds going that route even IF I could . I also stated that just a Check simply being Mailed to me would be the quickest way , Considering the length of time I've already waited . I told her I would acknowledge the fact that she Finally responded to my emails . I have Not gotten a Reply from her nor anyone one else since ( Tuesday Jun 21st) . I just Simply would like a Check of my Winnings Mailed out to me , as I was told this from the Beginning ( Mid-May ) . I really hope you can help me (AskGamblers) to find out the issue/ problem of Why a Check has not already been sent .

I'm terribly sorry for the delays and frustration you've experienced with this.

I've looked at your account and I do see that indeed, the payment has been sent off. I would expect to see tracking for this, early next week (Monday or Tuesday). Generally, payment is delivered the day after we receive tracking.

As soon as I receive your tracking, I'll come back to post that update.

I've checked on tracking and it's not yet come in, but I do know the payment has been sent. I'll check again tomorrow afternoon and get back to you.

Update ; For AskGamblers and other Players . I did recieve a Email with Fedex Tracking Late Wednesday afternoon. The FedEx tracking is showing its supposed to be delivered by 12pm Thursday June 30th. I Believe in being upfront and Honest . I am a bit concerned as the Email I received about my Fedex Tracking did Not come from Planet 7 ... It came from a Place called Silver Oaks ??? I have never played at that Casino and didn't even know it existed.? None the less , as long as the check clears at the Bank then I will be Happy . Provided there are No Problems Depositing the Check and it Clearing , I would love to continue playing at Planet 7 . I do hope in the Future IF by some chance I ever win anymore at Planet7 if this delay in payments will still be a issue ??? Anyway I will update if I receive the Check today .

Not to worry, as you're likely well aware now. ;-)

Silver Oak is part of our umbrella company and for whatever reason, the email went out as such. I've looked at your tracking and I do see that your payment was delivered today, so I think things should be great from here.

Hello, I did receive the check yesterday . Yay !! Today I will go to the Bank and Deposit it . Thank you Tawni I appreciate your help very much. Thank you AskGamblers for being here and the Forum that you provide, it is reassuring to have a place to go to when issues arrive. You may close this complaint .

If there are any problems with Deposit or Check Clearing at Bank I will contact Planet7 first , if it can't be resolved then I will be Back 😜👍 . Although I don't anticipate any issues further with this. Thanks everyone!!
