Banned from Rival Casinos

I just found out I have been blacklisted or banned from Rival Casinos. Apparently I can play there but I can't get any of their promotions. The only reason I can think of is that three Rival casinos kept sending me emails about promotions that were never available, or had expired and I got angry and complained about it. I first found out about Rival casinos from a site that posts all of the bonuses, similar to this site, so I went to each one and got the free money. But after that I deposited at several. Then I finally went to make my first withdrawal and suddenly I can get no more promotions. I don't understand unless they didn't like my angry comments. I have apologized and asked why I have been banned. One person said I had multiple accounts. I only had one at each casino. Maybe I shouldn't have signed up at all of them for bonuses. I am only a grandmother who likes to play, deposits and seldom withdraws, so why ban me?

The customer has 32 accounts. One at almost every single Rival property. The customer has claimed No Deposit promotions at almost every property. Clearly a customer that is looking for advantage play without any risk. The system in place automatically bonus bans this type of player. I'm sure you can understand why.

Your statement is not true. I have deposited at several sites, Tradition, Lion Slots, Fortune Reel. I found out about Rival through a site that listed each of them and the no deposit bonuses. I tried each, I didn't know I wasn't supposed to. I settled on only a few I liked most to deposit and play. I had just begun to do so when I made my first small withdrawal and immediately found myself Rival Banned! I figured it was the withdrawal that did it! I would like to play and use the deposit bonuses at those 3 casinos I liked the best. I think I have deposited at one or two others also. Why do you have the free promos if not to try them out to see where we want to put our money. I am sorry if I came across as that kind of a player. This is the first time I have ever joined so many casinos at one time. I will never do it again. I would like to keep depositing at Tradition especially, and the other two are very nice. Maybe then if I am very nice I can get my promos back??
