Silver Oak Casino - Bank will not take their check

i submitted a withdrawl on Nov 16 for 2000 it was approved for 1879.01 all was good received my check the 28th of dec upon going to my bank the bank will not honor the check. Alvyn from silver oaks casino said the would send me out prepaid debit card that they will load. now they are asking for info from my bank why they will not honor the check. i was also told to open another acct which i tried and they also would not honor it . i would just like my money

Talk with Ally today they want me to open a new acct and can't do anything till I get something from my bank stating they will not take the check I went to the bank and the had a bunch of question as to what the check was for and I was told not to mention what it was for so left now they want me to go back and get something explain why they won't take it really. I would not recommend anyone to put money in there

I know you've been in touch with Ally since posting this, so this reply is really a follow-up for those who may be reading.

This has been a bit complicated and we are attempting to sort out an alternate solution, which would be a funded card. In order to facilitate this, there are certain documents we need to receive (the check included) and once received, we can finalize this payment.

I'll be keeping an eye on this.

To follow-up, I spoke with Ally and we are in receipt of your documents. Unfortunately, the utility document you've sent is not sufficient as it does not show current dates on it. Ally has mentioned she has tried to contact you by phone regarding this, but with no luck. If possible, can you please give her a ring? I believe you have her contact details.

Once she receives this last document, you should be good to go.

I've checked on the status on this and I can see Ally has been in touch with you via email and she's also had a chat with you by phone. As already explained, we're waiting to receive the checks you're returning. Once we receive the checks, we will re-issue payment.

I'm genuinely sorry for all the headaches you've had with this. Hopefully this all gets sorted out quickly.

Just to update, janders1956 spoke with one of our agents yesterday, and reported she had just sent the checks back to us (yesterday, as well).

As soon as we receive the checks, the alternate payment will be issued.

Yes, we’ve received your check. We are simply waiting on confirmation from you that you’ve received the debit card. Once we have confirmation that you have it, the payment will be made and will be available no later than 48 hours.

If you can please Ally to confirm you’ve received the card, she will have it funded immediately.
