888 Casino - Balance Zeroed before verification Complete

Account opened on 30.5.13 with a £20 moneybookers deposit.

Passport uploaded via 888 system for verification purposes.

Account locked on July 19th. Emails sent [as included] but ignored.

Received notification on 2.6.13 that my UK passport did not constitute sufficient proof of ID and that only a UK Licence [Which at the time I didn't have access to].

This was finally accepted on 14.11.14. So at this point my account was verified.

However upon logging into account on 3.12.14 I learned that I had undergone a 'dormancy fee' each month. I asked support to send this proof with the appropriate dates but this has not been sent.

Because my account wasn't verified and because 888 ignored emails this meant that I was unable to access my account and prevented from activity which meant by default [totally under 888 control] that I was therefore subjected unfairly to the dormancy charge.

Not 18 months later my balance is zero. I would like a refund of the £20 that I have deposited.

Update: Support sent dates of dormancy charges but no further update received.

888 have now credited my account with £20 and £20 bonus so I am happy with the resolution.
