I had my first of three withdrawl's ( $610 ) approved on 6/15 /2016. The 2nd one ( $785 ) . And the 3rd and final one ($323 ) . Making a total of $1,718.00 owed to me. The last I heard it was sent to escalation, but I have not heard anything since that time. Looking for a little help. Thanks

Hi Andy--

I'm terribly sorry for the delays and frustrations you've experienced with this.

I've taken a look at your account and I see that all three of your payments are already on their way to you. I'm hoping your tracking will come through later today or tomorrow--generally, players receive payment the day after the tracking comes in (sometimes the same day). As soon as I receive your tracking, I'll post an update here with that information.
