Atlantis Gold Never Paid
My first withdrawal was linked to a bonus, so they decreased my $750 withdrawal to $150. Then they said they would send it to my credit card, but it never arrived. They said it was sent on 6-21-12. They had the card info. That is how I deposited. They finally told me on July 19 that it didn't go through and asked for my credit card info again. I had to send it in several emails before they said they got it. It is July 27 and I still don't have it. I don't believe they intend to pay. Have they paid other players?

They finally paid me, but sent the money to a credit card I used. The credit card company froze my account because it did not come in under the same name it was paid out. I finally got it straightened out, but I recommend not to have them pay your credit card. Thanks for your help

Oh my lord. I am so happy to have found this post. I have been going round and round with them for over one month to get my payout of 150$. I have sent in all forms etc..the money still sits in my casino account and has never been processed. I go in to live chat every day to be told they cannot help. Only the department that handles cashout can and they will contact me but they never do..UGH..
(this is for treasure island by the way)
I was informed that they are going to payout my withdrawl a few weeks ago but they said they needed to check on it with their processor. However it is still sitting in my account and i can reverse it if I choose to. In my opinion this is simply a tactic to avoid paying out. Its like they are hoping I loose control and just blow it back into the casino..Has anyone else had anything simular going on with this casino? Did you have any recourse on getting someone to help you?
