Atlantis Gold Casino - Withdrawal Request Still Pending After 18 Days

I submitted a withdrawal request (#340738) from this casino on April 3, 2014 for a small sum of $357. I've had previous positive experiences with this casino; however, in an attempt to follow-up on status, the casino has not reponded to e-mails and unable to get an operator in 5 attempts at live chat. It should be noted that since April 4-10, I made about 7 withdrawls from Black Lotus (amts between 200-500) which were all processed and paid out by April 17. Again, their Terms and Conditions (Section 9: Payouts) cite secific protocols, which I must surely follow or my request is voided, yet they fail to honor their stated modus operandi. Just requesting that they respond in some manner other than a "form" email that states they have "referred the request to their account analyst," who surely must have contacted a disease or expired.

Hi Greg,

Previously, the system implemented for cashouts was manual approval. Nowadays, all cashout requests are processed through a computerized system that strictly regulates our monthly cash disbursements. Moreover, cashout payments are processed in batches and I am requesting additional information from our processor on schedule and time of payment. I will advise you the soonest.

I would expect the Atlantis Gold Casino Accounts Team would certainly flag this call for attention to this particular withdrawal request so that the complaint would be resolved ASAP. But, alas, they elicited further discussion by their lack of attention to this matter by remaining inactive, thus furthering the damage to their casino as evidenced by the numerous complaints on this site...so getoffyourass team!

Thank you ASKGAMBLERS for your help...whether the process is completed or not (can't tortue this equine forever) it is good to now that your staff have been gracious enough toinnovate and international means to provide recourse for players who may be victimized by those sites that seek to lose their credibility.....
