i withdrew 800.00 and 1,000.00 in february 2016. never got paid by casino. after many, many emails which were mostly ignored, they have now locked me out of the casino and wont answer any emails and will not answer phone and you are not able to leave a message. please help me get my money. i have alot of emails back and forth but i do not know how to transfer to you, can you please explain to me how to do this so i can send them to you?

I won $400 in late December 2015 and successfully completed the verification process on about Jan. 11 2016 (after waiting several days for them to respond to emailed questions, which never happened). Since then, I've just received excuses ("waiting for billing descriptor and we guarantee you'll be paid" etc.) and apologies, if I get any response at all. I've stopped trying to get help from their Accounts department because they're useless and don't care; my "Casino Host" is also useless but at least he responds and *should* have had some interest in keeping me happy. He just tells me to "rest assured" that the deposit will happen and that he'll light a fire under the Accounts people, but provides no reason why I should believe him. I can't even get to their website anymore, so I suspect they are no longer a viable company. I'd really like to know if they're still even in business. Thank you.

Hello. Thank you for hearing my complaint. During latter October, early November, 2015, I decided, for convenience, to play a few dollars of online slots. I selected AtlantisGold because they appeared to be a reputable online site. I went through the verification process and was approved after submitting the required documentation. However, I should have researched the reviews more carefully because I find the reviews were correct in terms of non-payment, Atlantis not keeping their word and non-responsiveness. On November 6, 2015, I won $900, played back $50 and was due a balance of $850. Every since that time I have been going back and forth with AtlantisGold regarding the payment. I was told it was take 2 to 4 weeks, so I waited. When I did not get a response after 4 weeks, I inquired again. I received an apology and was told the payment would be forthcoming in a few weeks. I never received any communication from Atlantis. On November 13th, I played $20. In checking my credit card account a few days later, I noticed my credit card account had two (2) $20 debits. In doing an accounting of transactions on my AtlantisGold account and my credit card account, I found this was a duplicate $20 transaction that I did not authorized. I contacted my credit card company and a dispute issue was submitted. A week later I received a $20 credit from my credit card company as the dispute was found in my flavor. During early January, I, again, contacted AtlantisGold regarding the $850 payment and was told it was being investigated due to the chargeback. And they wanted to know why there was a charge back, want an explanation and documentation. I sent them any explanation of what had happen and a copy of my charge card statement showing the duplicate. (My AtlantisGold account shows that I only played $20 on day, which is accurate. I have inquired twice regarding the status of the payment and they never respond. In addition I received a phone call late one night from my credit card company stating fraudulent transactions were being submitted against my credit card. My credit card had to be cancelled. The interesting issue is that AtlantisGold and their processors were the only merchants I was using this particular credit account with. I feel that my credit card information was compromised and fraudulently used due to the handling of their processors. I asked for my payment to be mailed as I do not feel secure providing them with another credit card account. I am very disappointed with AtlantisGold. If they cannot payout winnings, they should not be in business. Any assistance you can provided would be greatly appreciated.

This is a complicated issue. It's directed to Atlantis Gold, sister casino of Monarch's online casino which is closed. In August 2015 I made a deposit, met the playthrough, winning approx. $1990. A week later Monarch's Casino was gone and directed me to Atlantis Gold. Countless emails, calls I was told they had no information and they are having technical problems. Finally I contacted Gambling City with a complaint.who's site helps people with gambling issues. THEY WERE INFORMED ON DEC. 2ND MY FUNDS WOULD BE EXECUTED. DIDN'T HAPPEN.I've been communicating with a Vip manager from Atlantis Gold who told me I should have my funds by Dec. 18th. Didn't happen. I send an email everyday to him and now I get it's delayed, maybe next week. Doesn't happen. This is going around in circles. I've been waiting since August, entirely too long. Please help along with the efforts of Gambling City maybe I'll recieve my money.

I requested a withdrawal of € 784. On November 11, 2015 at 14:38 Italian time. I sent documents the following days. They have accepted them on 19 November. telling me: you will receive a separate e-mail with payment details. and if you have additional questions write us. I wrote to know, when will I pay. here! no one answers, more. currently they know nothing. and they tell me to write allìaccount manager. but the latter, after 10 mail, do not respond. read, but not responding. This behavior is a bad signal. why? before responding, then stop. I ask: what are your intentions? paid or unpaid? and ask clarity and speed thank.

This is my second complaint regarding this casino. I won 25,000 back in July. Since then I have only received 1 payment! The second payment was supposed to be paid on Sept. 15th. Then I get another e-mail of a delay of 2-3 weeks. Then I get another e-mail stating that due to velocity and some other excuse it is AGAIN delayed. I have now been waiting 2 months for a second payment and now they wont even answer my e-mails. I won $5,425 on Atlantis Gold Casino on 8.28.15. I have yet to receive any money. This site only pays in $2,000 increments and does not follow their terms and conditions regarding payout timing on their site. Below is a breakdown of the time line thus far. 8.31.15 – Verification documents requested, I sent and received confirmation that they received them the same day. 9.3.15 – Notified by email that withdrawal was sent to processor for review. 9.8.15 – Notified by email that I need to reverse my withdrawal and request a new one in $2,000 increments. 9.9.15 – Notified by email that my withdrawal was approved. 9.10.15 – When asked about the schedule of the remaining 2 payouts, I was notified by email that information is set forth by the processor and they would provide it when received. (I have yet to receive this information) 9.15.15 – Withdrawal request 1 of 3 showed as processed on website under my account, the other 2 withdrawal requests still show pending. Bottom line, I have not received any email response from the website since 9.10.15, even though I have emailed and contacted the help desk numerous times. I would like to get an update on the status of my current payout, their site claims they will provide a tracking number, no such tracking number has been provided. I won 25,000 at Atlantis Gold casino over two months ago and they have not paid me one payment as of yet. I e-mail them everyday with no response and my money is still sitting in the withdrawal account. This casino pays extremely slow and does not cater to big gamblers.I am still waiting to see when they will make my first payment.

i won $1217 and tried to withdraw it. it has been pending since 6/29/2015. they finally said my name was on another casinos negative database and i should look onto it although they didnt tell m the casino. a credit card was stolen from me several years ago and since i didnt use the card I disputed the charges. Atlantis Gold and their sister casino have taken over $2500 from my bank account

I started playing at Atlantis Gold in July of 2014. I lost $600 playing slots, and then I finally won.

On August 15, 2014, I cashed out $946.

But Atlantis never paid me. I verified my account with documents, and they confirmed I was verified, but still no money.

Every time I ask about my cashout on chat, they stonewall me, and give me an email address to email. Any emails I send there are ignored.

I am owed $946.
