Atlantic Casino - Declined my payment 150 Euro by false accusation!

Dear Askgamblers,

I have reviewed that you helped so many players to receive their legal payments and that's why I am submitting this complaint! Last week I had created a account with Atlantic Casino Club and receive some free spins as no deposit bonus. After played those free spins I had made around 33.50 as bonus which I had to wager is 45X. I played first Dead Or Alive slot 36 cent bet where suddenly I got 5 scatter and jumped my balances around 950 Euro. Then I played several sots to wager the bonus where my maximum bets were no more than 2.50 Euro which is clearly less than 10% of my bonuses 33.50 apx. I continued playing until finish my wagering requirements then I finished my 45X wagering requirements and my balance was around 560 Euro. The maximum winning I could claim 250 Euro said another forum but support advised me I could withdraw maximum 100 Euro and I have to deposit 50 Euro where minimum deposit is 20 Euro! So, I had deposited 50 Euro and made withdraw request 150 Euro from my 600 Euro balance. I have attached all evidences from the beginning I had recorded. Yesterday, I have received an email that my withdraw request of 150 Euro had been denied for placing single bet 30% or more than my bonus 33.50. But my maximum single bet was 2.50. So, I do not understand how come they said I had placed single bets equal to 30% or more of my bonus money 33.50! Could you help me to get my legal winning please where I am verified player of them and depositor. Thank you.

We checked your game history and in fact, you did not breach our T&C.
As you can see on our Bonus T&C (https­://­www.at­lan­tic­cas­ino­clu­b.c­om/­bon­us-­ter­ms-­con­dit­ion­s/?­lan­g=en), maximum withdrawal amount is €100 and not €250.
The rest of your winnings were now transfered to you, you should see it in a few days.

My Neteller account created with AU$ currency, I had deposited 78 AU$ conversion rate of 50 Euro. They had refunded my deposit where I had received 70.87 AU$ today which also cost me 7 AU$!!! And I didn't receive also my winning 100 Euro instead of 250 Euro where "Thomas" support representative promised me would be paid out!! Hey dear AC Representative, Why should I place a single bet equal to or more than 30% of my bonus money 33.50 Euro where only 36 Euro cent bet on DOA made me lucky got 5 scatter and winning on that spin were around 950 Euro which is nearly equal to my wagering requirements??? I know as you know also my maximum bet were 2.50 Euro on several slots. If I even placed some bets 5 Euro, those bets wouldn't be more than 15% of my given bonus of 33.50 Euro (LOL). Your casino team are clearly a biggest lair!!! I request AskGamblers, keep my complaint open until resolve. I will supply some valuable information about this scam casino group which also associated with Euromoon Casino and Parklane Casino who never pays winning and try hard to stolen player's deposits. I have collected so many information about Atlantic Casino group and want to share for make be aware other players not to waste their money and time. They are completely a JOKE!

I don't understand why should I contact with account manager where you everybody from Atlantic Casino knows your casino should pay my 100 Euro winning I won very fair and squire! Please don't run around further for my small payment. Unless receive my payment 100 Euro, this complaint remain open. I request to Askgamblers, please keep open this complaint until resolved. Updates of my complaint:

Atlantic Casino sent me 50 Euro today out of 100 Euro. So, they should send the rest another 50 Euro. Concerning this issue I went to live support to ask why they sent 50 instead of 100 Euro, Then they replied all of my withdrawal had been paid out. SORRY! I don't think so. Atlantic Casino still owe me 50 Euro according to their agreement. See the attachment please. Thank you.

According to our T&C: "Maximum cashout is €100, any funds over the maximum cashable amount will be removed automatically on cashout.
Player must deposit minimum of €50."
According to our Financial team, they transfered the remaining €50 so €100 in total. Can you please confirm?

You guys too much ***, **** which I know from the beginning. That's why I kept all records from the beginning I played with your casino. You trying to make me fool over and over which I am not but you are! Support staff several times told me I have to deposit 50 Euro for the method verification where I can deposit and withdraw. It is common sense which you don't have that you already agreed to pay me 100 Euro which I have received 50 Euro only and you fool must have to send 50 Euro to resolve this issue. I knew you will runaround for the payment though you promised to send to me my winning 100 Euro max out of 600 Euro, that's why I warned you yesterday not to runaround :-) . And you fool did exactly what I guessed yesterday. Well see one more evidence where you should pay me 100 Euro winning plus 50 Euro deposit obviously intotal 150 Euro. Unless receive my complete payment this complaint remain open to warn other players all around the world to keep them out from a trap, basically from a SCAM casino.

Still now I am waiting for receive my remaining payment of 50 Euro from Atlantic Casino. It has been 2 business days where their finance team agreed to send remaining 50 Euro within 1 business day but they failure to keep their promise!! I have attached 2 more screen shots which clearly prove that they are still owe me 50 Euro. I have sent them emails to process my payment according to their promises but they are now completely ignoring my request. Once I will receive the payment this complaint will be resolved.

Dear Askgamblers,

Thank you very much for your response. I am really sorry for my harsh words because of their too many lies. To summaries my complaint, I am now waiting for receive another 50 euro winning out of 100 euro which they had promised they will process on 29th March on this site. Indeed they processed 50 euro only till now. On 27th March they refunded my deposit 50 euro for confiscation my winning 100 euro max winning according to their terms by false accusing. You know already later on 29th March they agreed to pay me 100 euro after reviewing my game play. I am providing evidences where clearly proves that they still owe me 50 Euro to be sent. But they are still saying they had processed 100 Euro winning as they promised which is not true. Sorry for my bad English languages. Hope I will get fair judgement from you. If you need anything else supply to you then please ask me.
