Atlanstis Gold Casino - Withdrawal

Submitted a withdrawal request a week ago and it is still pending. Have asked for an explanation, but no explanation as yet. I have withdrawn before and it has only taken a couple of days. I wasn't playing with any bonus money - it was a straight up deposit. Just want to know what is taking so long? I like to play this casino because withdrawals are usually fairly quick and straightforward. This time though I am very disappointed.

I have received a reply from Atlantis Gold. They said the delay was due to a 'velocity limitation'. I think I understand this but it might. Be a good idea to explain this rule to others so there is less cause for misunderstanding of some slow withdrawals.
