OK, I made a little deposit of €10 to try this casino, played some slots, won €17, wanted to request withdrawal. OK, I got an email to send my ID, bill, bank statment. Sent them all. Then I got an email to send them also passport and driving license. I told them that I do not own any of those. Answer?
