Hi I won 3,300 on jackpot 247 and I had to send I'd etc... And that was all fine and on the 11th November I received a confirmation email saying your withdrawal had been processed and should appear in you account in 5 working days I withdrew via bank transfer with my Iban and bic code which I double checked were correct! Now on the 21st November I still haven't recieves any money, I have phoned them everyday to find out what's going on, every call I get it had left out end on the 11th so there not more we can do. I then phoned up again and the same man now saying some of the money was payed later (Friday) 15th November 4 days after they said the money had all left their account! How weird something doesn't add up here, where was my email to tell me about such delay? Using excuses like our bank had some trouble for 4 days! They are very unhelpful and rude customer support number very extraordinary behaviour.

We have checked the player's account and can confirm that the payment of £3,300 was transferred via Envoy to the player's bank account. The transfer was done on the 11th November. After the player contacted us to check on the transfer it became apparent that there had been an issue with Envoy meaning the player's funds were delayed.

We apologise for the delay but can confirm that our finance team have checked with Envoy and the issue is resolved. As such the player should receive the funds within 3-5 working days.
