It is going on two months and I still have not received my withdrawals of $533 and $904. I have spoken to several agents, payouts department, and customer service through chat, by phone and email and they all keep telling me that the payouts have been approved and that they are waiting on tracking numbers. Recently, when I tried to contact them by phone and email, now, they are not responding to me at all.

Hi Carmasimone--

I'm terribly sorry for the delays you've experienced with this.

I've looked at your account and I do see that your payment has gone off already. I'd expect to see your tracking Tuesday or Wednesday--I'll be sure to update this thread when tracking hits my desk.

Thanks for replying, Tawni. If I haven't received my tracking information for my withdrawals in the time you stated, will I need to communicate that to you as well because as I stated in my complaint, several agents have given me the spill about the tracking numbers?

Hi Carmasimone--

I've just checked and I do see that your payment was delivered to you yesterday (Tuesday) at 11:45. I'm guessing you posted just before delivery.
